Los Clavos Surf Camp is a cosy surf lodge located in Nicaragua. Most precisely, our surf camp is set in the Northern part of Nicaragua, nested in a fishermen village, right by the ocean.

What is exactly a "Surf Camp" in Nicaragua?

The concept of a surf camp is to offer guests the best environment to improve their surf level while having fun, relax in a peaceful atmosphere and practice other activities such as yoga, horse-riding, paddle-boarding, or just reading a book in a hammock by the swimming-pool !

At Los Clavos Surf Camp Nicaragua, you don't have to worry about anything, our all-inclusive week packages include the airport transfers, unlimited surf lessons and surfboards, one hour of yoga per day, a boat trip and a massage. Our staff of experienced surf instructors and yoga teachers do their best for you to enjoy our surf camp in Nicaragua.

Our guests are hosted in lovely bungalows, all facing the ocean; we are close to many good surf spots for all levels, most of them are located within walking distance.

Does Los Clavos Surf Camp - Nicaragua - provide other activities than Surf ?

Indeed, many visiting guests in our surf camp in Nicaragau are not surfers ; you can go for our "Yoga and Relax" packages that does not include any surf at all. Our yoga deck is facing the ocean right on top of a little cliff; sunset yoga sessions are our favorites !

Many other extra activities are available such as horseback riding, fishing, visiting a colonial city or climbing up the Cosiguina volcano, which used to be the biggest in Nicaragua

Why have we chosen to open a surf camp in Nicaragua?

Los Clavos Surf Camp - Nicaragua is the story and the dream of two frenchies, Claire and Romain (me). During a surf trip in Nicaragua we fell in love with the country and decided to open a surf camp in Nicaragua. This is a long-time project and it took us more than 8 months to make it happen. We quit our life in Paris and settled down here in Nicaragua to live our "surf-camp adventure" ! Come surf and relx with us !

Is Los Clavos Surf Camp - Nicaragua close to nice surf spots?

We spent a long time trying to find the best location for our surf camp in Nicaragua, most of all regarding the quality of the surf spots. We are close to about 5 very good surf spots for all levels, from beginners to advanced surfers.
